​Gold Standard Team - awarded to teams that have reached the highest Caliber and team commitment. Teams must have exceeded the average attendance, growth and/or lowest attrition, the highest percentages of team members that have tracked their sales AND have reached a minimum of $1 million in outside generated sales to qualify as a Gold Standard Team. Awarded only when teams meet the requirements and teams must continue to excel to keep the title.
